We are a boutique property management firm located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Our team has extensive experience in managing multifamily properties throughout New York City and the Tristate area. Our fully integrated approach allows us to achieve superior results for our clients and deliver quality service to our tenants. Our in-house team of property managers, tradesmen, office staffers and leasing agents, as well as our many connections to New York’s finest vendors and professionals, enable us to maximize financial performance, boost property values, and eliminate owner headaches.

Management

We manage multifamily apartment buildings of all sizes throughout New York City and the surrounding suburbs. We visit our properties daily to ensure properties are clean, repairs are resolved, and tenants are satisfied. We utilize Appfolio, a full suite cloud based software that interfaces with all parties, allowing for a first rate living experience for tenants and real time property performance oversight for owners and management.

Rentals

We are a fully licensed real estate brokerage which enables us to handle our clients leasing needs in-house. Our team of experienced agents, in conjunction with the help of our management and construction arms, secure our owners high quality tenants at superior rents while minimizing vacant periods.

Construction

Our licensed and insured team of carpenters, plumbers, electricians and handymen allow us to handle both minor repairs and full apartment renovations alike. Our network of vendors, architects, expeditors and more enable us to complete jobs cost effectively and in a timely manner.
